This extended session allows for deeper exploration and more spacious conversation. It’s well-suited for complex topics, emotionally intensive work, or clients who prefer more time to reflect and integrate insights without feeling rushed.

Focused, in-depth support when you need clarity, momentum, or grounding — without committing to long-term therapy. Individual intensives are offered either during weekdays or on an evening or weekend.

This session length is well-suited for focused conversations around communication, conflict patterns, or specific relationship concerns. We’ll identify dynamics, build understanding, and practice tools to support healthier connection and mutual respect.

​An extended session offers more time to explore relational patterns, emotions, and perspectives from both partners. This format is ideal for couples working through ongoing conflict, rebuilding trust, or navigating transitions, allowing space for deeper dialogue and repair.

Grounded in the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work, this includes individual pre-screening, 50 min individual intake sessions, one 80 min couples intake & goal setting session, two full days of therapy and a follow-up integration session. To learn more please click here.​
